He is, but I'm testing them on 6.5, and I have several variations of the problem . I haven't even TRIED it on a 6.1 ROM. It HAS to be related to the ingredients used in cooking . I'm still working on a few theories (w/some help from dharvey), trying to get to the bottom of it.

What devices are you testing this on? It seems to be an issue consistently on VGA devices.
    Device 1: HTC-ST7377 (Tilt 2)
ROM: T.C.S. Tilt 2 Edition - Build 21664 - Sense 2.5.2016 with RSS Feed on Home tab
    Radio: 4.48.25.20

    Device 2: HTC-P4600 (Fuze)
    ROM: The Captain's Special - Fuze Edition - Build 23569 - Sense 2.5.2012 - Co0kie's Home Tab 1.8.0
    Radio: 1.14.25.35

My device is an X1. On WM 6.5 build 23016, I confirm there is no SMS ordering problem whatsoever, with all new builds of manila with weather (whether animated or not). I can throw any of the new manila packages into build 23016 and it works great. The build I use was posted by Jerpelea in the X1 Kitchen thread.

If I use those same packages in any 6.1 build, I get the SMS ordering problem.

I have done some further testing, and for me, it's definitely a wm 6.1 issue. On the 6.5 roms I cooked, there is no problem at all. When I use the same packages for 6.1 and no other changes, the SMS ordering in HTC messaging gets nuked. WM MS-SMS is fine in both. I think it may be related to the fact that the new manila packages are all designed to run on WM 6.5.
is this on a Diamond or TouchPro? and GSM or CDMA?
I did a test with WM6.5 as well (native GSM Diamond XIP, build 21864) and i still had the issue? I was using the original Diamond 2.00 drivers though, perhaps you need some drivers from the Topaz or some registry stuff that's missing (on a side note, even with the new WM6.5 packages included (with menu enhancement etc. & unported WVGA ezinput 2.1), I also noticed i couldn't get the HTC SipMenu working to switch between keyboards)
    [APP] Gen.Y Manila v2.1 VGA CFC [OEM/CAB]
    [ROM] Gen.Y D2 R2 (WM6.1 + TF3D2.1) [GSM Diamond]
    [ROM] Gen.Y BETA (WM6.5 + TF3D2) [GSM Diamond] (discontinued)

I believe rogatsby uses an X1. Which is a WVGA device. It appears to be an issue only on VGA devices .

I'm still trying to get to the bottom of the issue. I'm still using the newest Topaz (AT&T PURE) OEMDrivers (the ENTIRE folder, including any registry entries), and it's not making any difference. And depending on the other packages I include (some from the Leo), my MS SMS are also out of order. I'm not sure why. I'm trying now with the unported WVGA EzInput, and without Message Enhancement, to see what happens. I've also been experimenting with some of the Rhodium SMS-related drivers, but haven't had any success yet. I'll keep at it.

Honestly, I have no drool left nowadays since everything is looking good!

Also, Anyone who is using this latest set of Leo files, have working background animations (not weather, the wallpapers)? I was just wondering if it was only something on my end.

Default Opera 9.5 Build 17775 cab

I know this isn't a new build, but I figured I'd post it anyway, since I just made it, and it's the newest Opera 9.5 version I have:

Once con posts the new Opera 9.7 version, I'll be cabbing that up too .
